We went on vacation to Yosemite in the summer of 2016. We thought we were going to pose for a daddy/daughter photo but turned into a memorable video. Wife accidentally had it on video mode. It was a scary moment, but as you can see we were able to laugh afterwards. We are thankful for each other and our lack of injuries.
Brody has been colorblind since birth. His family gave him Enchroma sunglasses at his sisters soccer tournament so he could see the various colored soccer jerseys. His expression of wonder and the tears that followed were all the validation we needed to know our son could finally experience this beautiful world the way it was meant to be seen! As parents, we felt like we were finally able to give our son the gift of color, one which we weren't able to give him at birth.
During a lunch walk, we encountered a Pike that grabbed a Grebe just outside our village.
Our Boston Terrier has an addiction to squirrels. The squirrels out front of our house tease her daily. So this morning, they were on our window and she saw it. But once again, she couldn't catch it.
The flood waters from the top were pouring down like a waterfall, just before the night of the terrible landslide incident involving 18 people in Khanh village.
Previously I saw the plush toy online and I found out that the toy actually looked similar to my dog, Dao Hui, so I bought from Think Geek. After I received the toy, my wife and I decide to take video for my dog and the toy because I thought that would be very funny. Eventually, you can see the overwhelming response that I never thought would be happen.
Last weekend before work, I walked my dog, Duncan down to the beach to watch a little volleyball. As a bonus, a couple of Santas were scheduled to parachute in and land at the tournament. I recorded it so I could send what was sure to be a cool video of skydiving Santas to my nieces and nephew. Then this happened. The parachuter hit a light pole and a tree during landing. He is reportedly recovering from a badly broken leg, but is otherwise in good spirits. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to this Santa’s Helper.
MegaBots teamed up with Simone to build a gigantic version of her chopping machine. MegaBots made two 10-foot-long, 500-pound knives for their giant humanoid robot, and Simone cut up 'made dinner' on a gigantic cutting board.
For a long time, my cat opened the door to this room like this.
This is a video of me and my friends playing a game called Futmesa in the front yard of my apartment complex. Futmesa isn't popular yet outside of South America yet, but it has potential because it's a fun game and can be played with just two or four people.
This was just a typical Saturday morning. Jackson sings all the time. He asked if he could play outside, He said "I’ll just sit outside with my guitar.” He often dressed on his own in his cowboy regalia and loves pretending he’s a rodeo champion and singer. He sang a different song and like usual it was so cute I had to record it. So I got my phone out and caught his next song. The rest is history.
A guy stands on a spinning ride.
I was out for a walk at Puerto 39 in San Francisco on Thanksgiving day 2017 when a random guy, who seemed out of it, stripped down naked and jumped in with the seals and sea lions. While naked he jumps from floating dock to floating dock, then slips and crushes his nuts in front of a giant crowd of people.
My husband and I were duck hunting and we had just shot at a group of green wing teal. We saw one swimming on the water and sent the dog after it, but right as the dog approached, the duck took off and flew right towards my husband. He was able to snag it and we were able to harvest it for dinner that night. We were lucky to have the go pro running and in the perfect position to capture this epic moment!
Tahnee loves her cuddles with Queen Abi.
We were hiking after the volcano had erupted.
I shot this video in my home. The video is of my 12 year old daughter, Lily Beth Schuster-Harris, and her pet tarantula named Sasha. Lily has always been fascinated by spiders. I took her to a reptile show when she was 6 years old and she asked me to buy her the tarantula, so I did. Sasha is a female Brazilian salmon pink bird-eating tarantula (Lasiodora parahybana). This terrestrial tarantula species is the third largest species in the world. Sasha turned 6 years old in December 2017 and Lily raised her from a spiderling the size of a dime. This species can live up to 25 years in captivity.
